You need to contact your local tax office in the UK, and inform them that you are no longer self employed, and you`ll need to sign a declaration stating this. Unfortunately though, it should be really easy, but the tax office are so inefficient it takes a lot of nagging to get them to change their records. Myself, and a number of other people I know have had huge problems changing status. Even after signing the declaration, they keep sending you tax returns, which even though you are no longer self employed, you still have to fill in. Took 2 years before they stopped sending these out to me, even though they could see I was in full time employment by my tax payments, and payments from my employer.
