A. 1. true. i think there should be appraisals but also goal setting to avoid that issue. 2. false. Those are both direct (on paychecks). Indirect would be the company portion of health insurance. 3. true. Different people/jobs/teams need different goals. There should be some consistency between them, though. 4. true. insurance is not cheap. 5. true. 6. not sure about that one.
