The Employment Research Institute (ERI) is a Research and Knowledge Transfer Centre, based at the Business School, Edinburgh Napier University. Research AreasThe ERI specialises in four key research themes:
The ERI has conducted research and evaluations for a wide range of stakeholders including European Commission; the Equality and Human Rights Commission; the UK Government’s Sector Skills Development Agency; Scottish Rugby Union; the Joseph Rountree Foundation; and the European Social Fund. The ERI has also been commissioned by all the key policy stakeholders in Scotland: the Scottish Government; Careers Scotland; Communities Scotland; Scottish Enterprise; the Scottish Trade Union Congress; COSLA; Scottish Business in the Community; and numerous LECs and local authorities. Research StaffThe ERI has been conducting rigorous, independent and influential research since 1998.
